FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I am a practitioner, coach, and facilitator of various integrative mind-body modalities to help you come back to inner harmony and overcome personal challenges that stem from limiting beliefs, limited perceptions, unprocessed emotions, chronic stress, subconscious patterns, and more.

The approach for each session will vary based on the capacity in which you choose to work with me. In body-based or somatic therapies, such as Neo Emotional Release and Somatic Alignment, we work with the intelligence of your body to self-heal, self-regulate, and self-harmonize in it's own unique way.

If you choose to work with me on a long-term basis in my 12-week program, we work holistically to address body and mind, combining coaching, subconscious reprogramming, and somatic therapies in a more targeted way to help you best move through mental, emotional, and even physical blocks to achieve your own unique transformation.

I work with women mainly during this time.

We are a good fit to work with one another if you are someone who has been struggling with the weight of societal expectation or unresolved emotional issues, and it's no longer serving you, your emotional well-being, or your physical health. 

I can best help you if you are someone who is finally at a point where the cost of not making a change is now too high. You should be ready to do your part, and be ready to keep an open mind to see what your body and mind are truly capable of - without attaching expectations to an outcome.

Almost every type of session I offer can be done both online and in-person, except for Somatic Alignment - because a significant portion of the session is bodywork. 

If you'd like a modified version of Somatic Alignment sessions without the bodywork portion, please reach out separately.

In-person sessions are held at my private treatment room in Dubai.

For body-based therapies, I’ll either welcome you into my Zoom room (if applicable) or into my private treatment room space and we’ll chat first. Then I’ll invite you to get comfortable laying down as I guide you to ground into your body. The first session is usually an opener, building trust between you and your body's cues. Even if you aren’t noticing too much, we are working through crucial unseen layers to aid in the de-armoring process.

In my long-term 1:1 container, the first session will be online and involve getting clear on your desired outcomes, some key teachings to lay the ground work, and having a chat to explore your situation in more depth to identify other blocks that could be standing in your way. 

For 72 hours, and even up to a week, you will be in an "integration" period, especially after deep work. This is your system's way of reorganizing in it's own way to continue to recalibrate your nervous system. You may feel more tender, sensitive or emotional which can be uncomfortable, so it's important to practice self-care during this time and listen to your body's needs, rather than numbing it out. I provide integration tools and my support as a resource for clients during integration.

How many sessions you'll need will depend on you and your system.

Some clients experience immediate benefits, while others may require several or ongoing sessions for deeper healing or transformation.

For body-based therapies, I recommend committing to at least 3 sessions, to begin with. This will give you a chance to adapt to the style, and for the sessions to be of the most benefit and value to your well-being. After that, it's up to you. I generally recommend 6+ sessions if you are addressing a physical issue, otherwise just as and when you intuitively feel you need a Neo Emotional Release.
